25 Feb 2012 Mitcheldean U10's 1 - 9 Painswick U10's
Painswick narrowly missed out on a place in the cup semi-finals last week. They played superb football but failed to finish several chances. Bristol Inner City sneaked in a last minute goal to see Painswick return home with the 2-1 score line, not really a true reflection of the game. However, although slightly jaded, they were in good spirits for this weeks game against Mitcheldean. They settled quickly and strung together some superb passes to see Charlie Murray blast in the first of 2 goals for Painswick. This was followed by goals from Aaron Barnes(2), Rory Macefield(1), Tom Connor-Webb(1) and the impressive Joe Hosler got a hat-trick. Mitcheldean kept pushing forward and scored a well deserved goal which raised their team spirits but Painswick returned home victorious.

Gemma Bartons determination and courage earned her the star player award for Mitcheldean and Painswicks star player was Tom Connor-Webb.
